  1. I have had really bad pains in the left shoulder as well. I read a few posts on here from people with the same problem. Mine hit when I was out today and I had to be rushed home to take some pain meds. Other than the shoulder I feel pretty good. Go back to the doc on Monday and have 3 more weeks of clear liquids!!! ACK!!!
  2. The diets are so different. I am on clear liquids for 30 days! But I didn't have to do any pre-op stuff. After my first 30, I go for my first fill....yay!!
  3. My Dr. said to leave the steri strips on for 2 weeks. Let them fall off on their own. I was banded 2 days ago, on the 5th. I'm still having some pains but have stopped taking the t3s and am taking childrens liquid Motrin for the pain. I can't sleep on T3s. What I'd like to know is if I'm getting enough water or fluids. How much is enough?
  4. Hi, I went in for my consultation this week and as I understood it, I am go off my diabetes medication right after surgery??? Anybody else ever done this? :rolleyes2:
  5. I was reading your note and noticed below your name that you can claim the surgery on income tax??? How does that work? I'm just going in for my consultation with Dr. Leung. Can't wait to get the surgery done. Karey
