  1. I had my surgery consult today and nutrition. The nurse mentioned the weight gain that some have. I think that is why we should hide the scale and not think success is only in the lbs lost. You've taken giant strides so give your body a chance to settle. Cheers for you!!
  2. Hi...I'm from Eugene too! I am going to my first consultation tomorrow and want to get on the road to lighter life. I'm sure that this is the right time and right thing to do. Maybe we will meet up and talk?
  3. I've been researching for about 4 years and finally got the gumption to call and make an appointment. I'm not sure about when I might have the surgery, but want to get started...the before's and after's are very encouraging. Good thoughts for your day!!
