Tiffanyb12211 we are almost surgery twins my VSG is 9/26 and I start my liquid diet 9/11. I can have 2 protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and protein and veg for dinner. Yeahhhh go us

I started my journey 1/27/2023 and 8 months later I am finally having my surgery. When did you all start your Journey?

I’m still in pre op and my nutrition team want us to focus on protein first and build our meal around protein and portion control. They do not want us to focus on calorie counting.

I have my last appointment with surgeon on 8/23/23 and I’m praying ?? that I can have my surgery soon ??. I’ve been in pre op since 1/27/23!! You literally have to have the patience of Job!

@shotputqueen you must have lots of patience evasive I would be pulling my hair out bcuz 13 months seems like forever. May I ask why is it taking that long?
