This is very helpful information I started all my visits in November my paperwork was sent to UMR/United Healthcare on January 20 to see if it will be approved.

Hi nice to meet you I am also new here and just finished completing everything on my checklist. Everything was submitted to my insurance on 1/20/2023. So waiting to here if they approve for the bypass

I am waiting on my approval and my primary physician had to fill out a form the last five years of weight history and also medical history

Almost everything checked off off my list for gastric Bypass surgery. The only thing I am waiting on is the follow up with my endochronologist next week for the results of my thyroid nodule and a test that I had done. My question is has anyone else had any thyroid problems and has not to be able to get your gastric bypass surgery done.
