    How do you all stay warm while losing all this weight. I have lost 21 pounds and am freezing all the time!!!! ?? I haven’t even had my surgery yet but I’m pretty certain I’m going to get frost bite. It was 77 degrees yesterday and despite my winter clothes I couldn’t get warm. Supposed to be in the 80’s today so I am hoping to break the chill! What I wouldn’t give for a hot flash!! ?

    Is it only on one side of your body? Is it shingles?? You can have it in more than one place and can be triggered by stress and surgery is definitely a stressor. Definitely call primary care if your surgeon’s office is unable to help!
