  1. Thank you so much. I actually am a trauma therapist. I also have done my own therapy. We know that trauma is stored in the body and women vary carry it in our hips and core. I noticed a few things after my surgery and was processing with my therapist. I wanted to see how common it was. I appreciate your kindness.

  5. I know this is an odd questions but I'm really curious. Has anyone who has had emotional trauma notice anything after your surgery? Things like remembering things you had forgotten, having more trauma responses etc. Particularly women.
  6. I want to be able to cross my legs and be active without pain.
  7. Hello. I'm am scheduled for VSG 12/28. I think I'm having second thoughts. I have been reading posts and I'm getting discouraged with the preop diet.
