  5. I'm 30 year old frmale with PCOS. Mh surgery was March 1st 2022 so by Dec 1st this year I was I was 9 months post op and I've only lost about 35lbs. I try to stick my diet, I've been working out about 3 to 5 times every week since I was 5 and half months post. It's December and I was taking imventory of my year and I'm just gutted.
