  1. Hello. I am about 6 weeks post op and have lost 21 lbs. I realize that I am losing slowly but still losing. I have some medical conditions that are contributors to me losing slowly and I am ok with that. It's a process. We will have good weeks and have not so good weeks. Keep your protein and water intake good and maybe start tracking your food. I have started exercising this week and have only done two days, but it's a start. Slow and steady wins the race.
  2. Mine is tomorrow. How is your recovery going?
  3. Thank you so much for the tips. I appreciate it.
  4. Hello everyone, This is my first post. I am having gastric bypass surgery tomorrow 10/19/22 and I am so nervous and excited. I can't believe that the day is almost here. I have been researching WLS for about 5 years and finally started the process about 6 months ago. I am mostly nervous about the mental challenges I will face after the surgery. Any tips for a newbie?
