  1. I’m almost 5 weeks post op as well and I have been exhausted as well. I am meeting my protein and exceeding my water and taking my vitamins so who knows? I have two small children and it makes it so difficult. My husband just yells at me for being “lazy” because I sleep in on the weekends. I get my labs drawn and see the doctor this Friday so hopefully it will get better.

  3. Got my sleeve done on 9/27. Finally into purée foods for my program. Doing good. Still feeling tired but getting in my walking. Have noticed some tooth sensitivity so I’ve upped how often I brush and floss and mouthwash. Definitely not going to purée meat so it’s yogurt and scrambled eggs for me! ?
  4. Ok who’s got the awesome recipes for puréed phase? I do my purée class on 10/16 and am trying to find some recipes! Thank you!

  13. So I’m a newbie and my surgery is scheduled for next week on 9/27 and I’m wondering what the veterans recommend for activities to do with your partner after surgery. Date nights for us would usually be dinners, movies, or bar trivia. Movies I see how that can be adjusted by not eating bad stuff. But what kinds of things have you guys found to replace old habits/hobbies that revolved around food and/or alcohol?
  14. Newbie to posting but have been reading for a while. I have surgery on Sept 27 and am on day 5 of 10 of preop diet. Nervous and excited.
