Please forward recipe for ricotta bake just started pureed today had a 1/4 cup of ricotta with sprinkle of cinnamon was wonderful but after did i feel it was uncomfortable but it subsided.

After reading some of the post op, the main discomfort is gas pains, I wonder if gas x will help alleviate this?
