Two months later I feel good! Anyone else happy with their un restricted bladder?
Down 46lbs and 33 inches. I have a online food coach, Steph Wagner, she has tips and tricks that have been so useful.
The scale didn’t move in today’s weight in but I lost inches.

I have been losing hair since I had Covid in January! I use biotin shampoo and double my dose of oral tablets, oh and I use natural conditioner and styling products from Lush. I am hoping I found my remedy cuz the clumps are getting smaller

Hi guys! For those of you struggling, I’m saying this as much for myself as for you. Be patient with yourselves and your bodies. Do what you know you have to and what you know is right and the rest will take care of itself. Get off the scale if its making you flustered. Focus on how your body feels and what your stomach is now telling you, so you can keep doing what’s right. Remember, today is the last day of the month, so even those of us who had surgery 8/1 are only now a month out, we’re still healing and learning. I believe in us August 2022 Buddies! I know we will help each other be successful. I myself am super nervous about today. And I have not weighed myself since halfway through my pre-op. So I have no idea what I am going to hear at my 1 week post-op. But even if its a gain or not a lot I still know I am going to succeed because I am prepared to! And I know you guys are the same! We got this! You can do this! We’re here for health and NSVs! The scale can suck it! ? (for now, lets not go crazy, we still need some base measurements, lol. I hope you guys all took you inches too, so you’re measuring multiple things?) But, We’re the MFing, ABs!! We can do this! Everyone who reads this pick up your water bottle and give your self a toast and a sip to celebrate that you are here, you did this great thing for yourself and you will keep on moving! AND YOU (we) WILL SUCCEED, NO MATTER WHAT THE SCALE SAYS RIGHT NOW!! ????

6 days post-op here, and after a really rough outside-the-bell-curve start, I've been doing quite well since getting home. Sure, pains here, aches there, but better each day. And the water retention finally went down enough that after nearly a week, I'm back down to just under my weight immediately before the surgery. Let the pounds melt off!
Because I'm moving in just under a month (*gulp*), I'm going through and donating or throwing out a lot of things. My strong almost-18 daughter is doing all the lifting. I usually do organizing, decision making, and anything light. Today I started in on the kitchen. I figure it's a good time to pack the pantry because A) most things are expired and need to be tossed anyway, and B) there's stuff I can't eat in the next month (but can once I'm on bari regular after the move). My daughter pretty much only eats stuff from the fridge and freezer anyway. Feels good to be shedding kitchen weight along with my body weight.

Hi all..wow there are a lot of strong opinions about mj! I am a nurse and I smoke mj in moderation to reduce anxiety and stress, its helped me more than any pill can..mj has actually been used for thousands of years for its medicinal healing properities! It is not at all like smoking tobacco not even close! I am quitting now because I'm having surgery in 2 wks and want my outcomes to be the best they can possibly be! I don't plan on smoking after surgery for at least 3 months..I just think people should really do their research about mj before commenting and or passing judgment on someone else!

3 days post op, getting more sips and steps in! Only took pain killers twice only for my headache, tummy feels like I did too many sit ups ?

Hello August buddies! I am scheduled on 8/16 ?. I have had thoughts of cancellation but my pancreas is no longer functioning correctly so I realize this is a lifesaving procedure for me. My doctor told me 100 lbs needs to get off of me ASAP. I can’t remember how 140 felt, lol!
