  7. So I have a few friends that did the sleeve (I'm 3 weeks out) and I've been telling them my left side hurts alot especially when getting up/moving. They both had the same pain apparently the largest incision where the stomach is pulled from.....1 friend 2 years later still has some pain the other 5 years out and is fine now.   8. My Dr said no caffeine for first 3 months as its like a diuretic. Been drinking decaf and that's been ok. Honestly it's a waste of money me ordering drinks when I go out the time it takes to drink them I never finish them Sent from my SM-G990E using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. That's what I thought too, but he said it can be pressure on the esophagus causing blood vessel to erupt. He said its definitely not my pouch . Very very scary moment however.   14. Hey, not read all comments so might have been suggested already. Protein water, comes in different flavours about 15grams protein each 500 ml bottle. There's different ones maybe try Amazon. Sent from my SM-G990E using BariatricPal mobile app
