    Hi I am in Wisconsin where most of us are grieving the loss of Brett Farve. :thumbup: Moving beyond that grief, I am finally moving to the phase where my doctor is submitting my "packet" for insurance approval. I have been trying not to be afraid of rejection and keep trying to think positively. I have been considering this surgery for years and now that I finally made the decision to move forward, I want to get the approval and not have to fight with an insurance company over my decision and my body and my health. Wish me luck.
