  1. I had my surgery on Aug 8th.. The pain was horrible. I stayed overnight in the hosp and they were giving me pain shots every hour. by the 3rd day the only pain i had was the gas pain and alot of walking has helped that. I was thinking like you at first why did I do this to myself but today i have just a little discomfort in the port area and Im glad ive done this. Ive lost 5lbs since surgery.. just hang in there it does get better.
  2. Hi Star fish, Im doing so much better today.. yes i still have some of the gas but not as bad as the other day.. it was the worse. keep me up to date how you are doing.

Im 48 years old and Have been over weight most of my life.. alot of people ask why im doing this.. they dont understand how many diets ive been on and they dont work.. they dont know my medical conditions.. they dont know how sad i am when i see my grandchildren out playing and all i can do is sit and watch them..
