  1. Sleeved on 6/6/22 so I'm over 7 weeks out. I tried salad this week. Just under half a cup. 1st try was fine, second try I had a tummy ache. So putting that off for awhile.
  2. My OBGYN said my periods would get less heavy as I lose more weight. Still waiting for that to happen. I am in week 8 with 40lbs down, periods are same as before. Right on time and heavy.
  3. Same! Surgery on June 6th. Lost 32lbs first two weeks. Stalled every since. I'm just still plugging away following the plan. I admit I felt a little depressed about it this morning, but I know it has to start moving again at some point when I'm only eating 600 calories
  4. Chili, also you can make protein pudding
  5. My Surgery was on June 6th. Had my 2 week PostOp check up on Monday and was cleared for pureed/soft foods.
