I'm trying more tea and that helps. And eating Greek yogurt...the oikos high protein ones too -
I am having issues with cramping nausea, and heart burn after sipping clear liquids. I am taking Pepcid twice a day and Zofran too. How do you manage these symptoms, so you can continue to drink? I'm dying here.... Thank you. Sent from my SM-N975U using BariatricPal mobile app

Yes, I am. Pepcid. On post op day 4 I was having reflux that came up in my mouth a few times when i burped..so maybe that's it. Thank you.

I started to drink room temp and warm drinks and that seems to help too. -

Thank you for your suggestions. I didn't get that script. I got pepcid. I did try M.O.M this a.m. with mild relief. I will try the heat pack and keep the warmer liquids.

Ok. I have an appt for Tues. This a.m. I took Milk of Mag and it helped some. I drank about 4 Oz with minimal issue and walked to helped.
