  1. I'm in a similar situation. Surgery May 19, lost 10lbs immediately and now am stalled. I'm getting my protein and usually my water in. I feel like I don't any restriction on food, eating a little less. I'm sticking to around 600-800 calories. I'm a little frustrated for sure.
  2. I had my band removed, hernia repair and the sleeve done on 5/19. So far so good. Just now adding in a few mushy foods. I am only down 10 lbs so far since surgery day - but am keeping at it. I had minimal nausea or pain. The hardest part for me has been feeling weak and feeling like my head and body aren't in sync.
  3. I have surgery tomorrow (Thursday) and am hoping to come back on Monday - its that too optimistic? I have a low key desk job.
  4. Me too! I have surgery on the 19th. I am a little nervous about adjusting my life around my new diet.
