Hello everyone I'm just trying to see if anyone has poor circulation in their arms or legs before surgery and noticed after surgery it has reduced. I have trouble mostly at night my arms become numb and it's painful. It is causing me to not sleep well at night. It is new to me and I'm at heavier weight than I normally am. I'm just got approved for my surgery and had my first dietitian appointment. I've already cut out caffeine and carbonated drinks so we are focusing on 60 - 80 proteins and 10 g sugar per meal? So my question is we not supposed to go over 80 in proteins? 2nd what do you do when you work with no real breaks because your to busy? Anything will help thank you!
