  1. Hang in there. I had the same type of pain and it took a while before it got better. Wish you all the luck.:purplebananna:
  2. Hi in Huntersville. I live in Troutman but work in Charlotte. I was banded on 3/3 and feeling ok. Have you scheduled yet?
  3. Hey there. I live in Troutman and live off of hwy 70. How are you doing?
  4. Hi all. I was banded on 3/3 in Charlotte by Dr. Melkonian. I work for the Fire Department and have been married for almost 3 years. Hope everyone is having great success with their bands.
  5. I was banded on 3/3 and I too have a tightness in my chest. I think part of it is gas and soreness from the surgery. Everything should be fine but if it continues I would speak with your dr. Good luck!!
  6. Thank you all for your replies. I guess I will figure out what to do when the time comes. Thanks again
  7. Hi all. I am scheduled to be banded on Tuesday, March 3rd. I am excited to begin a new chapter in my life. I am just having an issue with anxiety. I am not sure if it is because of the liquid diet (not having solid food) or if it is something else. I quit smoking 4 years ago and you can say that I transferred my addiction to food. Now that I have changed the way that I eat, I am scared to see if there is something else that I transfer an addiction to. Has anyone dealt with such a thing? Thank you.
  8. :wink2:Hey all. I will be banded on 3/3/09. I am looking forward to the life change. Was anyone afraid of failure prior to the surgery? I have changed my eating habits, but fear messing it up. Any ideas??
