RedHookRaven got a reaction from LilaNicole20 in 4 days post op and I'm so hungry!Hey everyone. I'm new here!
I had my surgery on March 17th.
I consider myself lucky in that I haven't had the nausea everyone talk about, but what I do have is relentless hunger.
I have been doing 3 shakes a day, 64 oz of water, even yogurt, but I feel like the removed my stomach and inserted a tapeworm!
I have been waking up in the middle of the night with a growling stomach. I also find myself tiring easily and getting winded on brisk walks while talking.
(I've been a fit fat person for some time, so this has been troubling)
Any ideas or suggestions on how to get these hunger pangs to go away?

RedHookRaven reacted to LilaNicole20 in March 2022 Surgery BuddiesHey Guys! So I have a date (again), it's March 8th - meaning my 2 week "liquid" diet will start Feb 22.
The short month of February makes me feel like I've been granted a shortcut somehow! Who else has a date for March??
