Have seen and am trying patchaid in the UK. It's quite expensive but so much better than taking copious tablets which I hate. Does anyone have any experience of them, good or bad? xx

I’ve never really had any issues in this department until today = 4 days post surgery. nothing could have prepared me for the afternoon (so far) of agony. I feel like I’m very unsuccessfully trying to pass a cricket ball. so far have taken some syrup of fig and a senokot max. On my mums advice I’m sipping hot water and macro gol. never ever have I experienced anything so uncontrollable and painful. starting to wonder if this is entirely normal. Trying to relax and think of other things. any advice welcome. I didn’t know this existed on such a scale :((

My biggest problem is feeling hungry. I enjoy food and drink and as such think about them alot. I would very much like to be one of 'those people' who don't think about food too much and sometimes forget to eat. Will a sleeve gastrectomy affect my appetite and destroy Ghrelin enough to help me with this?
