  1. Has anyone hit a stall? I’m 3 weeks post op and while I’m losing it just seems slow. I’m tracking and trying to meet my protein and water goals. Just want to keep myself motivated and not worry about the scale I guess.
  2. I feel this. I’m 2 weeks post op and can barely get in my protein which is only 300 cals. Doing anything is exhausting. I’m not sure if it’s that way for others. Good luck with your surgery
  3. Ha I wish it got better. I’m tired of anything liquid. 2 weeks pre op 3 weeks post op for me. Grab some sugar free popsicles they help me a lot lol
  4. @Mimi0705 Congrats on your surgery! I had the same thing. I was told by my surgeon it’s stomach spasms. They should of given you a muscle relaxer or something to control those. I had my vsg the 2nd and occasionally have them now. So there is light at the end of the tunnel

  6. Yes! I still have them. Surgery was Dec 2. I take a muscle relaxer for them. I thought it was reflux at first but it’s a quick squeezing pin then goes away.
  7. Maymay I was so anxious the day before. It happens quick and is done before you know it. I wish you the best!
  8. I had my surgery December 2. All is going well. The first 4-5 days were rough for me. But now that I have figured some stuff out it’s going good. Down 14 pounds post op
