Hey everyone I really really want to lose 15 more pounds by Christmas Eve. I just wanna look great when I go back home to California. Do you guys think this is a realistic goal or am I setting my self up for failure??

I think the best ones out there are the WorldWide Chocolate Pure Protein Shakes.... they taste just like chocolate milk and they have 35 grams of protein, very tasty. You can geet them at Vitamin Shoppe. -

I am originally from San Jose, Ca but have lived in Denver, Co for about a year now I also had my LapBand Surgery here in Denver. I'm planning on moving back home to San Jose and was wondering if any of you knew of a good fill doctor out there??

The Crystal Light ones are sugar free and only 10 calories per little packet. I have half a packet in one 16.9 oz bottle of water and the other half in a second 16.9 oz bottle of water. -

Had my first fill on 09/25 and I feel no restriction at all! I had 5.6 cc's put in my 14cc band and I feel like I haven't lost.... I don't know what to do. I made an appointment for my 2nd fill on 10/16 -

Here is a sample meal plan. Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg 1/2 cup canned fruit (packed in own juices) 1/2 cup cream of wheat made w/skim milk Lunch: 3 ounces canned tuna (packed in water) 1/2 cooked carrots Snack: 1/2 cup Protein shake Dinner: 3 ounces ground chicken 1/2 cup cooked green Beans 1/4 cup mashed potatoes made with skim milk and 64 ounces of Water plus you Calcium citrate and multi Vitamin -
Well, I went for my first fill today and it went good. She put 5.6 ccs in my 14 cc band, she also had trouble finding my port.

Went to have my first fill yesterday and it turns out my large incision is infected! So now I'm antibiotics until Thursday 09/25.... I hope it hurries up and heals.... if it does then I get to have my first fill on 09/25. I'm 28 days post-op and 16 lbs down. I'm happy with my weight loss but, sometimes I just can't help but feel like I made the wrong decision by having the LapBand surgery.... I don't know....

Yeah, he gave me an oral antibiotic that I have to take twice a day and he said to keep putting Neosporin on it. -

None, it was just a scab and then I started putting mederma on it and that went away and a little bit of fluid was coming out but it didn't smell or anything. My doctor said the infection was underneath the scab -
Well, yesterday I went to have my first fill but, it turned out my incision was infected so they put me on antibiotics and I go back on the 25th hopefully for a fill. So far I've lost 16 lbs. How have you been doing??

Sharp pain near port site...?

Hey everybody I was banded 08/21/08 so I'm 17 days post op and 13 pounds down! I feel great but, I'm starting to get this sharp pain near my port incision.... is this normal ?? -
Have any of you been banded by a Dr. Matthew Metz at Presybetarian/St. Luke's Hospital in Denver, Co?? He will be banding me on August 21, 2008.

Well, I had my surgery yesterday morning. I am now part of "the band" lol. I'm doing pretty good just a little sore and gassy....

OMG! I'm so hungry... lol. I'm not sure what size band, I hope I get a 10cc it seems like there's more room to play around with. IDK
