    My life is about change I am 39 years of age life was falling apart because how I made myself feel. I just got gastro sleeve done only been home not full week it hard . First check up is nov 10,2021. I must say don't want look at weight scale at all. So just going give it update after month. Stay humble. Follow what need be done
