  1. Hello, Congratulations on your progress. . I need a bit of help. I was banded 8/04/08 with a starting weight of 210lbs. I now weigh 186 and have been up and down from there since october and need help. I feel that I should be losing more. Can you give me some tips? I would greatly appreciate it
  2. Hi All, I was banded 8/04/2008. I started at 210 and I am currently 187. I was not placed on a pre-op diet. I have a 10cc band and have had 4 fills and 1 unfill. My question is when the women come upon that time of the month do you give into your craving? Do you gain any weight from that time of the month?
  3. Hey guys! I had my band done last monday and I am still healing! I am doing great though! Three questions is anybody hungry and is that normal? The last ? is whai is up with the sharp pain in my shoulder. How long does that last?
  4. Is it normal to feel hungry 7 days after surgery. I feel hungry. I ate one egg scrambled according to my dietician that's okay. I drink a lot of water during the day.. I eat my lite yougurt, I drink the advantage atkins shakes, but i still feel hungry.
