  1. My weirdest non-scale victory recently was getting in the bob cat to move some dirt around and the lap bar didn't bottom out and squish my stomach when I put it down! that was an amazing feeling!
  2. Hey guys! I'm new here so first I would like to say hello to everyone I had my gastric sleeve done Aug 4th. At first I didn't struggle with keeping hydrated but the last few weeks I have been struggling getting in about 40-45oz a day. I try my hardest to keep drinking water, but sometimes I will catch myself just carrying around my water bottle but forgetting to actually drink. I hardly feel thirsty which I think is my problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any advice for me?
