I’m using the BariMelts. The calcium melts are a little larger and take a little longer to melt but they are ok. -

Take your time it’s not a race. We’re in this for the long haul. Your body will let you know when it can take more fluids. I’m 3 week post op and still have to sip my fluids for hours to get them in. -

Congratulations!! I had my surgery August 11. I’m on puréed foods. Invest in a Bariatric Cookbook (recommended by my Nutritionist). It has been so helpful. Has recipes for all stages . The hardest part is the fluids. But it’s a process so take it day by day. -
Very glad to hear that you’re feeling better. Please hang up the cape (smile) for a couple of weeks. Send all calls and emergencies to the red phone.

Congratulations!! That gas pain is so unexpected. It was for me too. Walk, Walk and Walk some more. It really helps. They also added some extra meds to help move the gas.by tomorrow it’ll be more bearable. Again, congrats -

Take each day at a time. Once you start seeing results and feel better you’re not going to want to go back. I have been watching some videos regarding weight gain afterwards and it really has a lot to do with our mindsets. You’re going to be fine. -
