    My pre-op stated today… VSG 9/2..I can have 4 shakes daily/ non starchy veggies added in my broth ?and 1fruit(apple,pear or banana), lots of water/tea!!

    To finally be able to wear regular sized clothing and feel comfortable. Fit in airplane ✈️ seats. Enjoy amusement parks again, wear a lovely bikini ? and go hiking ? and camping ?!!!
