    Hi all, I’m 7 days post surgery and I suffered from diarrhea all night long last night and noticeable bad gut flora since day 1. I have my follow up appointment with the doctor tomorrow but until then I was thinking of getting some non fat Greek yogurt or kefir to help with right now until I can get advice on a good probiotic. Any advice would be helpful!!!
