  1. You needs to take 10,000 mcg Biotin
  2. ProCare is the best. Chewable vitamins is NOT helping anything if it’s so nasty or not.

That’s normal, and I do the exact same problem, too in the past when I had my DS in July 2021..my surgeon/nurse warned me that I will have a lot of problems with gas and odor stool, etc. the best way to do is for you to get Gas-X or any other things, etc. As long as if you were lactose intolerant or not, then you needs get Lactaid (sp?).
  4. Just had my major surgery on 7/6/21, last Tuesday. I’m 5 days out.

  6. I do…I’m Type 2 diabetic for almost 8 years, but it has been under control. So, my surgeon decides that I need DS surgery ASAP because he wanted to see losing weight under 300 lbs. I will have my surgery on 7/6/21. Can’t wait!

  10. Go buy some biotin with 10,000 mcg. It does helped to grow your hair whenever you had experienced with hair loss
  11. The best thing is to put some premier protein in coffee instead of creamer. Creamer have a lot of sugar/fat, etc. Be careful how you use creamer to put into your coffee.
