    Coffee creamer?

    I converted from lapband (2012) to the sleeve in 2016. Before my surgery they asked me to quit caffeine. I was drinking my coffee with regular coffeemate and I almost lost too much weight for the surgery. Does anyone have any healthy recommendations for coffee creamer, I prefer the liquid to cool my coffee but am not set on it. I don't think I care for almond milk creamers. Thank you!!

    Powder, ready to drink or both? I don't get enough fluids in, I know I need to quit snacking so I can get more fluids in. ❤️☕😊
