  1. I was 363 and have lost 165 in 14 months after having gastric sleeve. I’m 64 and have had to work up to walking longer distances. I’m very happy with my results and plan to continue losing until I reach my goal weight of 150. It’s been hard work but doable. Good luck with your journey!
  2. The first few days are really rough as you get used to not being able to turn to food for your emotions. At least it was for me. I had to learn how to deal with head hunger vs true hunger. And yes, I slipped up a few times in the beginning. Now I’m doing really well at almost 8 months PO and over 100 lbs lost. It has been worth the difficult start. Remember, you can do it! You got this!
  3. Yes, I think everyone is at least some. I was scared until they put me under anesthesia. I had plenty of second thoughts, but now it’s been seven months and I’ve lost almost 100 lbs and I feel so much healthier, I’m so glad I got over my nerves. I think you will do great! You got this!
