I reached my breaking point in a 16 year relationship with a covert narcissistic. I was the one who asked for a divorce but it wasn't easy I still loved him it was just toxic and I needed support and to get healthy. A year later with surgery 3 days away I don't regret my decision even if I miss his dumb face sometimes I know I am stronger now.
