I'm Canadian so I had to get a PCR test two days before I left. Then I got another one from my clinic the day before I left from the hospital as I was going back to Canada from Mexico

Surgery was may 6. Got back in country on May 9. They gave me medical exemption. However........ I am self quarantining BC I think it is the responsible thing to do as I traveled in airports, airplanes (x4) and in another country. Covid police have called me at home and I fill out daily from Arrive Can app too.

I'm at day ... 5 going into 6 tmr and I only got in one Premier protein shake, and one Gatorade Zero with a sugar free freezie. I mean I was tempted to eat a piece of string cheese but nope. I didn't. So that's less than 300 calories right there...

I had my surgery on May 6th in Mexico. I went to Go Lightly Baratric clinic and now I'm home (came home Sunday). Drinking enough.. oh ya.. def hard to do!
