Does bloating from eating too much gassy food cause pouch to stretch over time?

Before 248. After 184......10 months post surgery

Sandwich with keto bread. Ham and cheese and baked chips

I can drink 22 ounces of water at a time without any problem. Is that a sign my stomach has stretched? Also I can eat a whole sandwich and chips at one meal! Help?

I had my surgery Monday. Tuesday while in hospital I found out my son died in a car accident. I’m grieving so bad and reaching out to you all for prayers

I’m disappointed I started my preop diet three weeks in advance and I only lost ten pounds. My surgery is scheduled for AM and I’m so nervous. So many emotions. Nervous something will go wrong or that I won’t lose much weight. Thoughts?

I will contact because they gave me nothing. Just a pre op diet

On liquid diet first week or two post op, can you drink protein shakes or just broth and clear liquids?

Did anyone before surgery have GERD and after surgery had experience where GERD was better or gone?

I was told no shakes with sucralose. The bariatric pal store offers pre op diet shakes with sucralose? I wander why sucralose is not advised. Also, anyone purchase bariatric pal shakes? Thoughts?

Can you drink coffee on pre op diet?
