    I am allergic to metals and asked my doctor about this problem as I am scheduled for lap band on 9-29-08. She said she had never heard of anyone being allergic to the band. I hope she is right. If you hear different please let me know.

    My surgery is scheduled for 9/29/08 in Indpls. I go for testing on 8/29/08. I am going on vacation and decided to wait until I get back on the 24th of Sept. to schedule surgery for lapband. I am really excited and wish I had done it last year. I live approximatey 20 miles east of TH but go there for the group meetings. Mary

    Hello...I am in the process of getting ready to have the lap band surgery in Carmel. My date has not been scheduled as of yet. I am more than ready to get started. I have had everything but the group meeting in Terre Haute. :thumbs_up:
