  4. I felt the same way I started the gym but my surgeon says I’m doing great you will too hang in there

  6. I had mine April 1st I just started sampling food not suppose to I’m fine and finally when I did start solid foods diherrea went away. I started back to work three days last week was so scared of diherrea I was fine. Now I just have to stay focused to stay on the diet so I continue to lose. But basically I can eat everything. Im the same as you

  8. Yes it was the first thing I tried a friend told me about body fortress cookies and cream it was disgusting the only thing I can drink is ensure high protein milk chocolate

  14. Yes actually I was doing that before surgery but gyms with pools are expensive pretty soon I’ll be in my pool every morning I can’t wait
  15. I never had the fatigue. I’ve been working for two weeks. I have issues with walking a super bad back. I do a sit down stepper at the gym but not being consistent hate exercising but I need to push myself.
