I felt the same way I started the gym but my surgeon says I’m doing great you will too hang in there

Are you Taking pain pills I did a couple days it helped

I had mine April 1st I just started sampling food not suppose to I’m fine and finally when I did start solid foods diherrea went away. I started back to work three days last week was so scared of diherrea I was fine. Now I just have to stay focused to stay on the diet so I continue to lose. But basically I can eat everything. Im the same as you

I do tuna, egg and chicken salad with light Mayo

Yes it was the first thing I tried a friend told me about body fortress cookies and cream it was disgusting the only thing I can drink is ensure high protein milk chocolate

I went on solid foods way before my time for that reason protein shakes were rough on my stomach and I had diherrea

Wow your the first one that is exactly the same as me I’ve only lost 40 I lost most before surgery no big loss after. I just started doing the gym but I’m scared cause now I’m eating everything

Congratulations I just did it on my own I was fed up plus I had horrible diherrea as soon as I added some solid food it went away

Yes actually I was doing that before surgery but gyms with pools are expensive pretty soon I’ll be in my pool every morning I can’t wait

I never had the fatigue. I’ve been working for two weeks. I have issues with walking a super bad back. I do a sit down stepper at the gym but not being consistent hate exercising but I need to push myself.

How you feeling

I’m April 1st doing great my only concern is I can basically eat anything I try and I’m super hungry like I always was so I need to work on head hunger constantly and get to the gym. Tired of the constant battle.

Hi It gets so much better I’m almost 4 weeks I can eat everything just very little and I like that part it’s a much rougher road then I thought it was gonna be

The fist week is tough I spent about three night in a recliner. Every day gets better I had diherrea for two weeks I’m still working on that I think it gets better when you start regular food

That’s awful about your throat. As far as vitamins no one ever told me not to take mine I been swallowing all my meds from day one no chewables

I was super nervous too I almost canceled at the last minute. I have a great support system even though I’m alone my family wanted this for me for so long. Just keep remembering the surgery is easy. It’s probably the safest surgery you’ll ever have.

I’m the opposite diherrea everyday I haven’t dared go to work cause of it
