    I’m an RN, surgery on 4/5. I always have a liter water bottle with me & drink constantly- & yes even in the ER - you have to go pee! You can do it ! Take care of yourself so you can care for others

    Yes, thyroid meds as soon as you awaken - I keep them by my bedside- then 4 hours before any vitamins or supplements!
