  1. I put up with this for quite a few days, yesterday I tried a Chiropractor and that didn't help. Tomorrow I have a massage scheduled but last night I used a heating pad instead of an ice pack and it felt a lot better. Good Luck!!
  2. Hi I'm Suz and I was just banded last week also, Wednesday, the 18th. I'm trying to compare diets with other newbie's (good name) and was interested to hear that your doctor is already letting you eating some real food. My stomach is feeling kind of sour and I think it's because everything is sweet that I eat. Protein drink, Jello, pudding, pop cycle, pudding etc... I don't have a scale at home but I started my journey at 257 and weighed in at 247 the day of surgery. I know my body needs calories in order to lose weight so I was interested in what you added to your plan? Nice to meet you, Suz
