Hello everyone. I'll be 4 months post op on the 14th.. lost 71 pounds so far and about 15 pounds from my goal weight. Right now just working on toning my body because im noticing loose skin in certain areas. As well as trying to eat more to maintain my weight. The only issues I notice so far is a lot more painful heartburn that almost sent me to the ER and the occasional constipation but besides that everything is going well. Happy to see how everyone's progress is going.

Im doing well im in onderland now so very happy about that. Im 10.5 weeks post op and lost 53 pounds so far. I still can only eat a few bites at one sitting but no regrets so far. My only problem is with my smaller size I can't stop clothes shopping, its so fun lol but i hope everyone else is doing well as well.

Yes!!! And not worrying about pubic sweat (as much) and sweat underneath my gut.

I no longer have to wear wide shoes or plus size clothes.

Wearing shorts without chaffing... much ?. I cant wait not to chafe at all!!!

Idk about weird but it was surprising when the towel fit around me again without a gap.

My surgery date is April 21st and it cant come fast enough

I had pain the day of surgery and the day after and needed the prescription pain meds but once i got home for surgery, I didnt need any medication

Same my mouth is so dry but i know if i take one more sip i will vomit. Really frustrating.
