  3. I had my surgery on the same day as you, down 83 pounds, my dr said I should wait till one year to have skin removal surgery. I exercise 5 days a week and there is some tightening but its not going to be like it was before,, sigh. So I do plan to have it removed.

  7. Your just a month an almost two weeks out, I was the same way. It does get better, my food of choice was popsicles, jello and ice water (sips). Nothing taste the same after surgery, water I found if you buy the more expensive brand it goes down better. Maybe add a sports drink zero to your water, I could take protein drinks before surgery but after it was a no go. Hang in there it will get better.

  12. I was very upset at first, when I got reaction from my family about my weight loss. I quickly realized they felt left behind, but who's fault is that? I have been wanting to share my surgery and weight loss with others, but I am 100% sure I will get the same reaction, so I haven't said anything. And I'm not sure when I will smh......... This has been the best early Christmas gift I could have ever given myself.
