  2. I feel this so much! Today is the first day I can have full liquids, been doing clear liquids since the 17th. In all honesty, I haven't felt "hungry" as I used to remember it, I've just been doing broths and jello as "meals" and drinking water in between. Most of my "hunger" seems more like cravings, really...I just want to eat something, even an egg! I've read too many horror stories from people who ate food to early, though, and I don't want that to happen to me. We can get through this, and the other side will be better for us!
  3. Hello! I had my VSG surgery on November 18th with Dr. Lavin in Louisiana! Today is the first day I can start having full liquids, so my breakfast is going to be a Premier Protein shake. Never thought I would be so happy to have that, LOL! I've been getting at least 32 oz of water in, on top of my broths and other clear liquids, and my dietician suggested trying Isopure drinks to help keep my protein up. Nice to meet y'all!
