  1. I would call your doctor. After I had my surgery I got a terrible infection and almost died. You can never be to careful.
  2. Your vitamins should be liquid or chewable not capsules or tablets 10 year post op here believe me I have been deficient many times over the years from taking capsules. Now I use good brands of gummies and chewables no issues. Sent from my SM-G975U using BariatricPal mobile app

  4. I had a gastric bypass in 2010. I was 32. I weighted 270 lbs. I had a few post surgery completed the first 2 years. I lost most of my weight in the first year. I have never gained any weight back. I currently weigh 138. I have had many ups and downs. If anyone needs advice I have plenty and willing to help!
