I have a gastric sleeve. The surgery was last May 3. Since the surgery I lost 41 lbs. My current weight is 254. My highest weight was 316. I'm following my plan. I usually eat for breakfast one egg and a little bit of cheese, for lunch chicken (2 or 3 onces) and the same for dinner. Last week I started to have a snack ( Pure Protein Bar). I used to drink water and sugar free vitamin water. I walk at least 4 times a week maybe 30-45 minutes. I do like Zumba, cardio hitt workouts.

I've been stall in the same weight for one month. What is wrong?

I tried today The Pure Protein Bar and they are really good.

Gained weight after starting soft foods, is that possible?

One week post op and I see my skin is breaking out (acne).

I was diagnosed last December. I have to repeat the blood test next week. She increased my [emoji381] dose today.

I had an appointment with my endocrinologist today. I told her I gonna have a surgery next month. When she saw my T3 results she said "You don't gonna have a surgery if you T3 level is 6.1. I suffer from Grave disease. I feel so bad right now. I know she is not the person who takes that decision but this affect me a lot. I need to get the surgery.

My surgery was scheduled for May 3. Woohoo!!!

This Tuesday will be my first appointment with the surgeon Dr Texeira in Orlando Florida.

When I called them (UHC) they said they have a program through Optum. And Optum said I don't have to pay for it. But I'm no sure what they mean when they said that.

Is expensive?

I called Optum and they said I don't have to pay anything. Is that true?

Does anyone has to pay something after the insurance approved the surgery???
