Thanks Lellow and Misty! I feel alot better because I know I have not eaten more than a 1000 a day and my body burns over 1850 doing nothing! BTW...I got my fill date! Is was going to be on the 2nd but, I changed it the 9th because on the 6th, were having a girls family weekend for my sister's 50th birthday. And were going to be going to a Mystery dinner, and I don't want anything bad happening by mistake if you know what I mean!LOL

Yeah and I woke up today 3 lbs UP!

Ok I just checked it out. Not too bad! For four grilled chicken breast strips....180 cal, 2 Fat, 3 carbs, 2 sugar gms, & 37 gms of protein.

Today I was out and about (first day of school!) and I was running around town all day. Anywho, I realized I forgot to give my 3 grader his lunch money so I went to Jack in the box and got him a chicken sandwich. I also got myself their new (I guess it's new) grilled chicken strips...it was go good! I ate tiny little bites and it was SUPER MOIST, I had no problems and felt full after just a couple of them. I've been meaning all day since I did that to check the nutrition on them. I hope their not to bad because they were good!

I'm READY too! Did you get that from the Lap Band commnercial? My husband and daughter would always joke with me before surgery....and they would ask me "Are You Ready"LOL

After reading your post I called my Dr. to schedule mine but, I have to wait on till Tuesday when I go in! Darn it!LOL

And for those who didn't lose what they wanted....It's going to come off...1 to 2 lbs a week is a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off! And remember 2 x 52 weeks =104 lbs in one year!:biggrin:

Fee you might not be getting in enough calories so your body is holding on to what it can.....one cup of soup of a whole day is not good for! You should be getting in at least 800 calories a day. My doctor say 800 - 1000. Keep your head up and don't be dissapointed, you'll be down next week! Well I'm so happy to say that I lost all the Water weight I gained during surgery...PLUS 6LBS! (10 lbs if you count the water weight):biggrin: I have five more lbs to go and I will have lost all the weight I gained during Christmas up to now.

Congrats on your new band! You can vomit if what your eating gets stuck. I would probably start a new tread for that question since all of us are still on liquids, mushy's or waiting to be banded in the next two weeks. But, we can definitely help out in giving some support! How much protein are you getting in a day.

My Doctor "Admin Fee" was $3500. It's because the insurance doesn't always pay what the doctor charges, so we paid the difference and they call it an "Admin Fee".

Hi Edel, That's good news! I slept threw the whole night for the first time in a week and on my back! I kinda would like to get used sleeping on my back because it helps prevent premature wrinkles from forming on your chest and around your eye area! Along with of course a good eye cream and face cream. Is anyone else as paronord as me about losing weight and looking 5 or 10 years older? It freaks me out thinking about it!!:Banane37:

WOW 17 lbs is awesome! I was happy just waking up this morning and all the water being gone that I gained during surgery plus 2 lbs!

Your going to do fine! This is my 6th day with my band and I'm not hungry yet at all. Good Luck on Thursday!:wink2:
