I have that issue too!

OMG!! I didn't realize your feet really go up a shoe size...I mean I know it did, but I didn't realize you would lose a shoe size! I used to be 5 - 5 1/2 until I was 30 then when the weight came on I went up to a 7 - 7 1/2. Well I guess that's something else to look forward too!(:

Keep your head up it's going to come off! Gosh your doing great with your workouts, are you measuring yourself? I went two weeks with only loosing one lb, but during that two weeks I lost 4.25 inches off my body and lost 5.5lbs of fat mass! Remember muscle weighs more then fat!:thumbdown:

I was banded Aug 6th and I've lost 25 lbs. I'm very fortunate that my doctors starts fills after 4 weeks and has you come back every 2 weeks until you hit your sweet spot. I had my second fill last Tuesday and I'm so happy to say that I have found my sweet spot just after two fills! Now it's all truly up to me, my band has done what it's supposed to do, now I have to make sure I do my part as well. Good Luck everyone!:thumbdown:

I never got sore from it either. I would definitely call your doctor about it. I'm sure it's nothing, but it's better to be safe then sorry.

Everyone's doing such a good job...and remember even if the scale isn't moving make sure your taking your measurements. The last 2 weeks I only lost 1 lb, but I lost 4.25 inches (over a two week period) and 5.5 lbs of fat mass. This week I'm happy to say that I lost 2 lbs...my goal is two lbs per week.:thumbup:

I'm down a lb....last week I was up 2 lbs....I guess that makes me down 3 lbs, but it's really only 1....Did that make sense?LOL

I've been holding off on the family portrait as well. BTW that's a great quote on your signature! I also want to meet face to face all the people I've been avoiding the last 5 years! There's lots of people I only talk to threw e-mail or the phone and I hate it! I"m a shopper fat or not....but, it's going to be so much more fun at goal!:biggrin:

1. In April-May I had to buy almost a whole new wardrobe because I had gained so much weight (26 lbs) in about a 4 or 5 month time frame, but now my pants are getting big on me and I should be out of that size with the next 5 lbs!!! 2. I'm not tired during the day anymore! 3. I walked around Disneyland without pain! 4. I had bought a pair of Coach shoes when I was in Vegas in May and got them home and they were to tight....Now I can wear them! 5. Putting my wedding ring on in the morning without lotion!

Your so funny! Only two more weeks to go, when it comes to you make sure you work yourself in some how!!....a craft show sounds like fun! Good Luck!:thumbup:

Your doing great! I wouldn't be hard on yourself 14 lbs is alot of weight in a short perod of time! BTW I totally know what you mean about how fast time goes by now!
