  5. Hi! I’m new here. I had my RNY on 10/21/20 and I’m doing okay for the most part however, there are quite a few vitamins that I have to take that are chewable/sublingual ONLY for the first 3 months. I’ve developed a conditioned response to chewables and sublinguals over the years and I can’t get them down or if I do, they’re coming right back up. I’m concerned about getting the nutrients I need if I continue to throw them up. Any suggestions on how I can overcome this? I don’t want to mess this up. Thank you.
