  1. It was just my immediate family so wasn’t too big of a deal. I will say though I ate way too much. I never actually made a plate but had bites and tastes all day. I’m only 7 weeks post op and felt full and awful for a whole day after. I have to plan and measure my meals or I end up eating too fast then feeling ill.
  2. I am with you!!! I had surgery on 10/13 and lost quite a bit in the first 2-3 weeks. Then got stuck for 8 days, dropped 4 lbs seemingly overnight and now I am stalled again for the past week and a half. It is so frustrating!!! I follow my plan and just feel like it’s not working. ?
  3. I am almost a month out from my surgery and my brain seems to have no clue that most of my stomach is gone. I measure all my portions but it still looks so unsatisfactory. Then I’m stuffed to death after eating half a cup. I can’t seem to find a middle ground. Does this ever change? Will eating ever feel normal again?
