do you find that exercise help? i am so afraid to eat the wrong things.. as i stated before surgery is june 19.. on clear liquids. i pray everyday for strength.

i am having the surgery on june 19. please all pray for me. without god i am not sure if i could do this surgery.. i ask for god to be please be specific and show me a sign that lap band for me... my answer was yes. i will keep you updated..
